Continuation of previous Notice P/17/2343/2 - to remove secondary growth and epicormic growth to maintain the canopies of the following trees and at the heights agreed in 2017: x1 Common Lime and x1 Common Holly - crown lift to maintain at 2.4 metres above lawn, 3 metres above path and 5.2 metres above road. x1 Weeping Ash - crown lift to maintain at 3 metres above lawn and 4 metres over adjacent property driveway. x3 Silver birch - crown lift to maintain at 2.4 metres above lawn and 4 metres above adjacent driveway. 1 Aesculus Hippocastanum (horse chestnut) owned by the adjacent property Limehurst Academy. Trim back low branches (sub-laterals/branch tips only), to allow clearance over the Limehurst House lawn to 3.0 metres, and allow traffic clear sight of school warning signage - the Academy has requested we carry out this work. It is also noted that several poor-quality pruning cuts have been made to lower branches in the past along the public footpath, and these will be corrected by cutting dead and damaged wood back to the closest growth point.
