T1 - Beech, Ganoderma present at base on anchoring side of tree, presence has been noted for over 5 years, suggesting long standing dysfunction. Lack of vigour in upper crown/dieback. Due to Beech not doing well with heavy reductions, requesting permission to remove tree due to potential issues and proximity to house. Happy to replace English native species of the Council's choosing
