Description

1. Blackthorn Tree (No TPO) on the border between 98 Bradgate Road (located within the garden of 98 Bradgate Road) and 88 Bradgate Road. Application to remove this tree and so allow for location of a small greenhouse and increase light to both properties. 2. Fir Tree (Lelandi: No TPO) on the border of 104 Bradgate Road and 98 Bradgate Road (previously reduced in size with permission). Application to reduce the height of this tree in order to keep at safe height (reduce by maximum of 10 metres), prevent overhanging branches interfering with garden building and fencing, and maintain level of sunlight in the gardens of both properties.
