Amend Condition 7 to read " The highway improvement works for the development shall include a pedestrian refuge on the A487 trunk road in accordance with the recommendations of the Walking, Cycling and Horse-Riding Assessment of the 14 December 2023 and Appendix G Page 411 of the Wales Active Travel Act Guidance (DE608 Uncontrolled crossing with central refuge), connected to the existing trunk road footways. No more than 22 units should be occupied prior to its implementation and shall remain thereafter in perpetuity."
