Description

Demolish rear single storey lean-to extension and replace with a new single storey extension with a smaller footprint, flat roof and roof lantern. To insulate the existing house internally and repair or replace windows throughout (maintaining single glazing at the front of the property and inserting double glazing at the rear). To make minor alterations to internal wall positions at all floors with two new openings within existing internal walls at ground floor.
