It is proposed to carry out remedial works to the 3 curtilage listed rubblestone walls which make up part of the outbuilding on site. The works proposed are in line with the supporting information provided with this application as per the structural survey reccomendations. Further works will be made to provide a new internal floor and support for the new roof above the existing structure along with the new build portion of the dwelling.
