Non-material amendment to planning permission CB/22/02342/FULL (Development of a 24/7 'light-touch' temporary 'depot' to include a single-storey modular build office and welfare facility, a single storey store and workshop along with associated parking, refuse and service yard areas) amendment sought: Item 1. Inclusion of APNR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) technology to be installed at the sites main entrance gates. To be fixed to a 4m high column. Included on submitted drawing PL-005 Rev02 Proposed Site Plan. Item 2. To assist site security the inclusion of CCTV at the sites main entrance gate. To be fixed on the same column as the APNR (item 1). Included on submitted drawing PL-005 Rev02 Proposed Site Plan. Item 3. 6 additional car parking spaces. A change from the consented 50 spaces to 56. Included on submitted drawing PL-005 Rev02 Proposed Site Plan. Item 4. Surface finishes to be amended from gravel to CellPave (a permeable surface). Cellpave will provide a more robust finish and will not affect the surface water drainage of the site. The drainage to remain as designed and discharged under Condition 2 of Planning Permission Reference: CB/22/02342/FULL. Included on submitted drawing PL-006 Rev02 Proposed Hard & Soft Landscaping Plan. Item 5. Amendment to the gate specifications on the fence line that separates Building 1 from the service yard to the south. Vehicular gate to be an automated electric sliding gate, pedestrian gate to be a single leaf access gate with access control. Included on submitted drawing PL-005 Rev02 Proposed Site Plan. Item 6. Amendments to the positions of the windows and doors proposed for Building 2 within the warehouse. The same number as those consented is proposed however their locations on the elevations have changed due to the Applicants operational requirements. Included on submitted drawing PL-017 Rev02 Building 2 Proposed Elevations. Item 7. To assist site security the inclusion of new fencing to enclosure the service yard area. Included on submitted drawing PL-005 Rev02 Proposed Site Plan.
