Description

Variation and removal of condition numbers 6 and 15 of planning permission CB/23/00980/FULL (1 x detached dwelling) the new proposal being varied for condition 6:This condition should be removed as a noise assessment report confirms that there is not now a requirement for a pre occupation test. Condition 15 to be amended to read: The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans , number : Location plan, GAM/23/01B, GAM/23/02C , GAM/23/03C reason : to identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
