Amendments sought: a) Flat 46 is to be changed internally from a 'studio flat' to a 'one bedroom flat', no external changes are necessary. b) Block D west gable is to be changed from a mansard type roof arrangement to a vertical gable with parapet. c) The parapet heights are to be adjusted by 190mm to meet the structural engineering requirements of the building in the flat roof areas.
