Description

Variation condition number 2 of planning permission CB/22/03417/VOC (Variation of condition number 3 of planning permission CB/10/02161/FULL (Change of use of land to a Moto Cross Circuit.) Amend the wording of the condition to remove the reference of a session, so that a 2 day event can take place. The condition would be amended to: The site shall be used for moto cross activity on no more than nine days in any one calendar year and there shall be a minimum of two weeks between each motocross event. Only one event per calendar year shall be permitted to run on two consecutive days within the total maximum of nine days permitted. Reason: To safeguard the amenity of the area (Policies SP4, HQ1, EE5)
