Description

Non-material amendment to planning permission CB/21/05161/FULL (Erection of a Substation 400/132/33/11kV. Construction of a new access road, landscaping bunds and all ancillary works) amendment sought 1- Amendment of Condition 5 is sought to enable minor deviations from the working hours prescribed in the Council's Construction Code of Practice for Developers and Contractors (see cover letter). 2- Amendment of Condition 23 is sought to enable the applicant to discharge Condition 23 in two parts (see cover letter). 3 - We are proposing amendments to the approved Landscape Strategy (Ref: edp7066_d011-G) to reflect updates following the relocation of badger sets. These are demonstrated on the submitted Detailed Landscape Design (Ref: edp7066_d011-L).
