Discharge of Conditions 3,6 and 9 against planning permission CB/21/05550/FULL (Alterations to the dwelling, including the complete demolition of a first floor extension and the removal of several internal modern walls. Alterations to the grounds with a landscape scheme that includes terracing, retaining walls, biodiversity enhancement and the creation of a new parking area.
