Listed Building: Restoration and remodelling of the second floor bedrooms, dressing rooms and bathrooms of the Abbey including restoration of planforms to Holland rooms in the South Range and Flitcroft rooms in West and North Ranges, restoration of internal wall and floor finishes, reinstatement of lost chimney pieces, and floor waterproofing to protect significant interiors on the principal floor below. Implementation of new fire precaution strategy to the second floor and roof void. Structural repairs to chimney stack C13, parapets to North and West Ranges and rooflights and adjacent floor and roof structures, and roof structure to Covent Garden room. Structural strengthening of Private Staircase. Reinstate window on North Range.
