Description

The changes to be made are an overall scale back of the approved design to be: a loft conversion within the existing roof and internal alterations to the floor plans. The west side is to be extended to a gable end as in the original approved design, following the existing ridge height, with velux roof lights to the north and south elevation. On the lower and upper ground floors existing bay windows to be removed and glazed areas extended. Two ramps have been added externally (Previous Application - LA01/2025/0194/F)
