Description

Discharge of Condition 13 of LA01/2023/0751/F - Prior to the construction of the drainage network, the applicant shall submit a Drainage Assessment, compliant with FLD 3 & Annex D of PPS 15, to be agreed with the Council which demonstrates the safe management of any out of sewer flooding emanating from the surface water drainage network, in a 1 in 100 year event with an additional allowance for climate change. Reason: To safeguard against flood risk to the development and from the development to elsewhere.
