Description

Section 55 application to Remove Condition 3 (Issuing of Structural Engineering certificate certifying the structure - culvert)of LA01/2019/0760/RM (Residential Dwelling) and Variation of Condition 2 to state 'Within 3 months of the date of this approval, the visual splays and any forward site distance shall be provided in accordance with Drawing no. 02. The area within the visibility splays and any forward sight line shall be cleared to provide a level surface no higher than 250mm above the level of the adjoining carriageway, and such splays shall be retained and kept clear thereafter.
