Retrospective works to include flat roof over existing porch, change existing first floor bay window to new double door Juliet balcony, merge existing central and right dormer into one flat-roofed dormer, recladding o all roof dormers in metal cladding, lower existing parapet to existing second floor balcony and install new balustrade, and changes to height, design, and finish of side lift shaft.
