Section 54 variation of Condition No.2 (Time Limit on which electricity is connected to the grid & submission of decommissioning scheme) from LA01/2015/0980/F: From: This permission is for a limited period, expiring 30 years from the date which electricity from the solar farm is connected to the grid. Within 12 months of the permanent cessation of electricity generation at the site, or upon the expiration of this permission, whichever is sooner, all above ground structures shall be removed from the site and the land restored in accordance with a scheme to be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Planning Authority at least one year prior to the commencement of any decommissioning works. To: This permission is for a limited period, expiring 40 years from the date on which electricity from the solar is connected to the grid. Within 12 months of the permanent cessation of electricity generation at the site, or upon the expiration of this permission, whichever is the sooner, all above ground structures shall be removed from the site and the land restored in accordance with a decommissioning scheme to be submitted and agreed in writing with the Council. The scheme shall be submitted to the Council at least 3 months prior to the commencement of any decommissioning works.
