Proposed floor plan – changes to internal layout to reflect changes made on site including, relocation of bar servery to gable wall of replacement barn, removal of large glazed screen to gable of replacement barn, bar servery removed in lounge area, kitchen servery enlarged, kitchen store reduced, Acc. W.C. removed, sliding doors in lieu of double doors from function room to courtyard, single door from function room onto terrace. Proposed elevations – removal of large glazed screen to gable of replacement barn (NE elevation), sliding doors with glazing over in lieu of double doors from function room to courtyard (SE elevation), single door and high level glazing over sliding doors from function room into terrace (SW elevation).
