Description

Proposed extension to the existing Robinson Hospital to provide an additional 5nr patient bedrooms with integrated ensuite shower rooms, additional physio/healthcare facilities, and ancillary accommodation (storage/plant/circulation). Plant space will be located within a partial basement/undercroft to the main accommodation that shares level access into the existing bedroom ward within the existing hospital building. The proposals include for the partial demolition of the existing day room and conservatory to facilitate the proposed extension - the proposed extension will be constructed on the footprint of the demolished elements.
