Section 54 Application to vary the wording of Condition 18 of Approved Application LA01/2020/0510/F. ‘Variation of Condition 18 of LA01/2020/0510/F for housing development at Kilnadore Park, Cushendall from; - Condition 18 - 'The development hereby permitted shall not be commenced until the proposed retaining walls requiring Technical Approval, as specified in the Roads (NI) Order 1993, have been approved in accordance with CG 300 Technical Approval of Highways Structures : Volume 1: Design Manual for Roads and Bridges' to; - Condition 18 - 'The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied until the proposed retaining walls requiring Technical Approval, as specified in the Roads (NI) Order 1993, have been approved in accordance with CG 300 Technical Approval of Highways Structures : Volume 1: Design Manual for Roads and Bridges.’
