Variation of Conditions No. 2 and 5 of LA01/2018/0155/F. Condtion 2 amended to read "The proposal hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with all mitigation and disposal methods for poultry litter generated by this proposal as detailed in the Farm Management Plan (Doc 07) dated 05-FEB-2018, and the Nutrient Management Plan submitted 2nd August 2023". Condition 5 amended to read " No amendments to / deviation from the litter disposal arrangements agreed as per the Nutrient Management Plan submitted 2nd August 2023 shall take place without the prior written consent of the Council".
