Description

Proposed remedial works to the existing B1 listed building to prevent damp and moisture ingress and further degradation of the existing building. Proposed works include damp proof measures, roof repairs, rainwater goods repairs, timber repairs and treatment, and repair of existing windows. Previous remedial works had been commenced under Listed Building Consent LA01/2015/0796/LBC by previous building owner, but were not completed.
