Proposed change of use of the annexe (C3) at Blaenfforest to a holiday let (C6 use). Currently the annexe is residential in use and has been utilised for ancillary purposes to Blaenfforest. We have 2 small holiday cottages at Blaenfforest (The Granary and The Cottage) but would like to add the annexe in order to meet demand for extended family groups; any additional accommodation that would be suitable for adult children or grandparents to stay in
