Description

To install a renewable energy package including solar photovoltaic (PV) system: a roof mounted 20kW array with inverters, panels and associated wiring. An air source healt pumo (ASHP): replacing the existing oil fired system with a low carbon, energy efficient heating solution sized for the community building. Battery energy storage system (BESS): a 10 kWh lithium-ion battery integrated with the PV system for load balancing and improved efficiency. Smart energy management system: incorporating sensors, monitoring and thermostatic controls to maximise efficiency, ensure cost effective operation and reduce carbon footprint
