Description

Proposed repairs with the exception of the replaced upper floor in The Stables and the inserted partition in the Tack Room. The use of all the areas subject to this application have been suitably low-key, ancillary to the main abode of the applicants. The large open spaces of the Games Room and Tractor Shed have lent themselves readily to reception rooms for large family occasions, their sporadic use not requiring the usual upgrades to floors, walls and insulation. The Tack Room has long been used as an ancillary studio, its fixtures meticulously retained. The works to The Stable fall within the same use, here as two rooms above a bedroom
