Description

The proposal is to widen the running surface by 2m either side by building up the running surface by 300mm on the north side and by re-profiling the bank on the south side to allow lorry trailers to turn. This will also allow better visibility around the bend to avoid potential collisions between vehicles going uphill and downhill. Proposed to scrape off the surface vegetation and re-camber the stone underneath to shed water into the downslope grass and hedge bank vegetation
