Certificate of Lawfulness for the proposed use of the ground floor of the building is for Hope Church. To be used as a place of worship. specifically on Sunday mornings (currently 9am-1pm). During the week and Saturdays, the building will be used for the church's related community activities. Most particularly a children's clothes library, a place where people can borrow new and preloved children's clothes. A free service which works just like a book library (Current opening hours, Monday and Wednesday 9-12, Thursday 2-5, 1st Saturday of the month 10-12). The space will be used for related community activities for example coffee mornings and other church meetings. No works will be carried out at the property, it is an empty room which will need no alterations
