Description

The proposed works comprise of the partial demolition of a localised section of dwarf wall with affixed chain link fencing along with the demolition of a dilapidated redundant single storey Cycle Store. The Store is located within Llanelli Delivery Office to the South Elevation of site off Old Castle Road. The proposed works also include the alteration of the perimeter boundary to follow the line of the ownership boundary (as identified on the Location Plan b Land Registry Title number CYM267595). Works will include the erection of 2.4 metre high (to match the height of the existing fence line) powder coated weldmesh fence and the forming of parking spaces within the Delivery Office Operational Yard
