Description

Construction of a new access bellmouth at a position approximately 10 linear metres along the tarmac road from the southern field boundary corner. Construction of new forest road section approximately 130m in length with a t-turn constructed opposite the existing field access gate. In addition to the road, timber harvesting facilities including timber stacking area and forwarder access track to the boundary of the commercial forestry are proposed. The access and harvesting facilities are required to remove the infected larch trees from the Welsh Government Woodland Estate in the first instance, and provide suitable access for the ongoing management/restoration of the woodland
