Description

Change of Use of the external area associated with the Telegraph Inn Public House to Garden Centre. Works associated with the proposed garden centre to include erection of a polytunnel to house plants, temporary siting of shipping container for storage; adaption of existing outbuilding (last used a micro-brewery) to plant store and retail. Proposal also includes the reconfiguration of the internal layout of the public house to accommodate a licensed cafe to be used in conjunction with the garden centre and a modest increase of the existing residential accommodation at ground floor
