Description

Replacement of concrete roof tiles with Zamora Prime Spanish Slate Tiles with W-1 / T-1 / S-1 Rating (size 250 x 500ml), with Battens to support (25 x 50; BS Yellow Treated), replace felt with 150g breather felt, introduce full roof ventilation via hidden over fascia vents, introduce CR2 clay ridges (black) and hidden mechanical fixings, replace rear PVC fascia boards and soffits with Scots pine (to match existing front and gable end fascia's, that were approved on a previous application [i.e., PL/01950]), chimneys: Replace any damaged brickwork with like for like bricks and repairs / replace chimney crowns (like for like), replace rain water goods with black cast iron (to match existing front rain water goods that were approved in previous application [i.e., PL/01950])
