Description

Facade improvements to enhance the symmetry and detail of the original Victorian house. Minimal internal alteration of the Victorian part to create ensuite rooms. Internal reorganisation of the rear of the house, to address the current poor layout, to include a first floor extension, over a previously enclosed courtyard, and create multigenerational modern family living. The project extends to create a carefully considered masterplan which includes both outdoor private family space, re-connected to the main house, along with garden entertainment space and additional amenities designed to create a fitness facility for the family
