Description

The slight alteration to the previously approved scheme. The alterations include: The shortening of the approved proposed glasshouse slightly and the creation of an outside space between the approved proposed tearoom oak framed structure and the proposed glasshouse, reducing the number of bays to the oak frame to 5, the raising of the rear gutter line of the oak framed tearoom to eliminate the need for a lead lined box gutter and the maintenance and technical issues that this causes and water will be discharged via a new lead capping across the wall top into new cast iron rainwater goods at the back side of the wall
