Description

Move the access point of our field and woodland 70m to the east of the current location. To give safer access to a forestry barn that we have already received approval to begin constructing. The access point requiring is 12m wide with a setback of 6m as the access is for a 4X4 and trailer, not large agricultural equipment. It has been agreed that Splays of 2.4m x 59m would be adequate as this is a substantial improvement on the current access point and have been used on a similar development taking place 400m further down the road (PL/04315). There will be a net gain of hedgerow on the site and the works to the hedge will be carried out during the dormant season, more information about this is included in the method statement for translocating the hedge
