Description

To increase the height of a section of existing boundary wall. Height will increase from 1 metre to no more than 2 metres. The work will be to erect a standard wooden feather edge style fence on top of an existing block wall in order to increase privacy, security and to discourage litter being thrown into private area. In considering our plan we have only suggested the fencing long enough to facilitate the privacy and security desired. Thereby, not infringing on any visibility issues regarding the junction in the front of the property
