Description

The proposed scheme is to convert the existing church into 12 individual apartments. There are minor changes to the exterior of the building: mostly installation of conservation roof lights and so the setting and external appearance of the premises will differ very little after conversion. The interior is to be divided sympathetically and retain as much character of the original interior as possible. The division will retain full arches in each flat and have floating mezzanine floors that sit comfortably within the fine gothic arches. No floors will cut across or divide the original stained glass windows. Roof trusses will also become important features in the upper duplex apartments
