Proposed Non-Material Amendment to Planning Permission 24/00084/FUL - 1) Design changes (increase height of linking section of flat roof; change internal rainwater goods to external; reduce width of kitchen rear bi-fold doors; replace front double bi-fold doors with a window; amendments to brick plinth; replace slate cladding with grey silicone render; dwarf retaining to side boundary; and removal of side elevation window). 2) Amendment to condition 2 to reflect the above changes and to omit Green Infrastructure Statement. 3) Amendments to condition 5 to reflect the retention of the offsite Leyland Cypress; omit the native hedge requirement; and remove references to superseded site plan. 4) Removal of condition 6. 5) Removal of condition 8. 6) Amendment to condition 7 to replace superseded elevations with new elevations reference. 7) Amendment to conditions 9 and 10 to remove references to approved plans and the in-accordance with the approved details requirement. 8) Amendment to condition 11 to replace superseded site plan with new site plan reference.
