Proposed Non-Material Amendment to Planning Permission 14/02733/MJR - 1) New Condition (86) to be inserted as follows: Reserved matters submitted in compliance with Condition 1 shall be in broad accordance with the approved Strategic Hedgerow Mitigation Strategy (Reference 14259.SHMS.vf November 25)) and shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details. 2) Addition of new criterion to Condition 15 as follows: A plan identifying and quantifying the length of hedgerow to be removed on the reserved matters parcel in relation to that agreed at outline and the location for its replacement (on a 1:1 basis) as well as a compliance statement setting out how the replacement planting accords with the Strategic Hedgerow Mitigation Strategy agreed by condition 86."
