Erection of temporary scaffolding for access purposes in order to assess essential roofing repairs; including opening up & investigative work to establish full extent of repairs required, and to include for any making good. Works to include but not limited to inspection and cleaning of linear rooflights, replacement of Pyramid Rooflight over Gallery 6, inspection & re-fixing loose lead abutment flashings, mastic asphalt roofing repairs, replacement lead weathering & associated timber sheathing to SE domed roof structure and replacement of certain defective lintels to inner hidden elevations
