Description

Birch on frontage of 131 Carisbrooke Way - crown lift to 2.0-2.5m agl on drive side. Work on the Silver Birch tree was granted in 2022 to reduce the height and reshape the tree as applied for by the previous owner of the tree (ref PENY/TP/22/00057). It appears this work was never completed and the property has remained vacant for the past few years until I purchased the property on 9/5/2025.We are looking to prune the recent side growth to allow full access to the driveway and remove ivy growth from the base of the tree. The section of side growth to be removed is highlighted on our location plan.
