Proposed Non-Material Amendment to Planning Permission 14/02733/MJR - 1) Vary the wording of Condition 78 to 'No removal of hedgerows, trees, scrub or shrub shall take place within the bird nesting seasoon (between 1st March and 15th August) unless it has been demonstrated through survey and/ or supervision that nesting birds are absent and that reports/ records of supervision are provided to the Local Planning Authority within 4 weeks of removal for our records.'
