Remedial works to be carried out to the following external wall types: 1) Wall Type 2B - Localised works to the existing render system to visually match existing colour and texture. 2) Wall Type 3 -Removal of existing timber cladding and replaced with cedral click natural wood cladding, to visually match existing colour and panel width / height. The required works also include the installation of cavity barriers. 3) Wall Type 4 - Removal of existing HPL cladding and to be replaced with Rockpanel metal cladding, to visually match existing colour and panel width / height. The required works also include the installation of cavity barriers. 4) Timber on balcony decks is to be replaced with cedral click natural wood cladding, to visually match existing colour and panel width / height.
