Proposed Non-Material Amendment to Planning Permission 14/00852/DCO (Previously amended under 21/00154/MJR, 21/02993/MJR and discharged under 21/02075/MJR) - Amend the wording of Condition 30 as follows: No dwelling within a phase of the development requiring the noise barrier as identified by the associated road traffic noise assessment submitted under Condition 44 shall be occupied until the relevant section of the noise barrier has been installed. The noise barrier shall be implemented in accordance with the specifications previously approved under approval reference 21/02075/MJR (or as amended). The noise barrier may be implemented in more than one stage, provided each stage is completed prior to the occupation of any dwellings within the corresponding phase that it protects.
