(Approved 26 July 2024 - 23/01103/FUL):-Variation of Conditions 2 (Approved Plans), 3 (Phasing Plan), 4 (Material Samples) and 5 (Architectural Detailing) to amend the approved scheme as follows: 1) Change in number and layout of residential units; 2) Alteration to façade; 3) Alteration to cycle and car parking provision; 4) Facilitating the site energy strategy; 5) Alteration to Roof Plan; 6) Provision of design details required by Conditions 4 and 5.
