Description

Chinese Palm tree at bottom of garden which was planted by a previous owner and too close to wall. Now reaching a height that is too difficult to maintain safely. I would like to remove this Chinese palm and plant something more appropriate for the space. I would also like to have the silver birch tree pruned to remove one branch which is leaning towards a neighbours house wall and will soon be touch said wall. I would also like permission to remove a holly tree which is situated on the boundary of my property and a neighbours, at present our fence has to skirt around it and we would like to replace the fencing. If we can then we will not remove this tree but maybe prune it a little and continue to skirt around it but obviously I would like to know that I can if no other solution is available to me. All trees are at the rear of house
