Description
Installation of the MARS system to the underside of the Cart Road Underbridge which would comprise of the installation of a grid of stainless-steel ribbed bars with further stainless-steel pins fixed to the structure. The grid would be installed along slots cut in the barrel of the bridge with additional holes drilled for the installation of the pins where required. On completion of the installation of the MARS system, the slots would be refilled with mortar with brick dust gather during the slot cutting applied to the wet mortar to match the existing brick work
