Application for Listed Building Consent for external and internal alterations to create 27 residential units. Internal works to include creation of new ground floor openings, removal and partial removal of ground floor walls, creation of new first floor openings, creation of new second floor openings, removal of second floor wall, removal of areas of lath and plaster ceilings and installation of new suspended plaster ceilings throughout, utilisation of the existing attic space to create additional first and second floor accommodation, reinstatement of second floor fireplace surround, and replacement stair within front tower.
