Non-material amendment to planning permission CA/20/02826/OUT for the outline application (with all matters reserved) for the development of up to 630 houses and associated community infrastructure comprising primary school, community building, public car park and associated amenity space, access, parking and landscaping; and detailed/full application for the construction of part of the Sturry Link Road and a local road from the Sturry Link Road to Shalloak Road; to allow increase of water recycling centre to 1.5ha, reduction in the total open space on the site from 31.57ha to 31.49ha, alteration to open space typology in the south east of the site, moving the park typology to the north of the local road, with amenity green space now being provided to the south of the local road, amendments to the design and location of stormwater and constructed wetlands across the site, alterations to the location of residential development and open space around Flerden House.
