T1, Eucalyptus tree- Fell, due to concerns of unstable root system. The tree leans North in the direction of the adjacent neighbouring building with slight root plate heave on the South Western side, also an unidentifiable Fungi found at base of tree. Removal of tree and replant with a more suitable tree location.
